 There are very high requirements for tool quality and design for cutting tile strips and for head and tail cuts:
- high output / high cycle rate of the cutting system;
- clean edges for every material;
- long life to reduce downtimes for blade changing.

 The slab strips coming from primary cutting on the "Multi-Blade Granite" machine are cut into the tile as the end product.
The blades used are designed with "close pitch" i.e. only a small distance between the segments.
 The diamond segments specially designed for this application ensure good cut quality and clean edges.
